I spent my childhood in the family business, and from a young age I began waiting and clearing tables. Meet Nico, Pinocchios Head Chef and creator of our delicious menu. Nico’s life is invested in creating authentic Italian cuisine, with a professional history invested in managing traditional Italian kitchens. Nico takes great pride and passion in the Pinocchios menu and enjoys being able to provide our customers with an unforgettable experience.
I decided to invest into the regions finest wine bar because i love wine; the way that wine makers produce different blends and flavours with no one bottle being the same. The hospitality industry is by nature a social industry, and i want to give the region somewhere they can experience and enjoy the social aspect of sharing a special bottle with friends and family.
Mikaela is the Restaurant Manager, responsible of ensuring everything is memorable for you. Mikaela is committed to hospitality and enthusiastic in providing a service second to none, committed to every customers experience. Luke is Pinocchios Restaurant Sommelier, our resident expert in all things wine.
Luke has a rich history in the study and appreciation of wine and provides all customers a wealth of knowledge about our wine selection and pairings with food. Luke shares great enthusiasm when it comes to service and we welcome him to our team.
