Pinocchios is the story of an appreciation for wine and a passion for hospitality. The owner has invested their professional career to the Hospitality Industry, working relentlessly to open, establish and expand businesses that are at the forefront of offerings and service. Having strong success within the cafe culture, as well as former success with reputable restaurants, we decided it was time to create a unique wine & pizza experience. We have long believed in the Central Coast region and can see the potential within the region to compete with city dining, thus deciding to launch the Pinocchios project within Gosford CBD, the capital of the Central Coast region.
